SINDH NGOS CONSORTIUM ON HIV / AIDS (SINCHA) a national, public interest, non-governmental consortium works in the rural and urban areas of Sindh to build capacity or enhancement of national NGOs, local SBOs and VDOs on HIV/AIDs since 2009, in this consortium 70 national and local NGOs are members as active participants. and is registered as an autonomous not for- profit organization Provincial level organization with Department of Social Welfare, Government of Sindh since 2010 under Registration and Control Ordinance 1961 (XL VI of 1961) vide registration No: PCSW- (S) 1087.
