Danish Channa respected development professional. He earned his master’s degree in sociology, from Karachi University. Now the time he is president of Shah Abdul Lateef Bhitai Welfare Society (SALBWS).

His background is as a journalist that’s why he knows the roots of the problems and who it will deal and control, as a development professional he is well aware the norms and culture of societies.  Danish Channa's deep study and observation of development issues in Pakistan like; Social, political, Health, Child labor, Honor killings, Domestic violence against women, Human rights, Environmental hazards, Economic reformation of poor’s, etc.

Mrs. Tahira Qadir
Senior Vice President:
Mrs. Tahira Qadir , Senior Vice President of SALBWS. She is completed her M.A. She is working in developing sector for twelve years. During this period she worked in following organizations,. she has experience on team management, social mobilization, enterprise, master trainer, emergency relief, food security, infrastructure and human rights. Apart from it now she is monitoring all projects of SALBWS.

Mr. Imdad Hussain

Global Academy of English & Sustainable Technologies GAEST was founded by Mr. Imdad Hussain who comes from a family of hard working Pakistani farmers who have farmed the land of Pakistan for generations to supply their family with the chance of a better life. Mr.Hussain discribes his family as ‘An Institution ’.Being eldest of four brothers and four sisters, he had to deal with various characters within the family that one will find in the entire community.
After several years building a promising career in the Navy as a Marine Engineer Officer, Mr. Hussain found his thirst for knowledge, with his focus set on educating himself to the highest levels Mr. Hussain travelled to the UK to study.
Mr. Hussain studied and worked in the UK for several years gathering a wealth of knowledge and experience. He completed his post graduate diploma in Management Studies in 2008, it is during this time that he used his education to build a successful business in the consultancy sector, using contacts in the UK, China, Malaysia, Pakistan and the Sudan as well as several European countries to facilitate students wishing to gain the correct documentation and placements in colleges and universities all over the UK.
Mr. Hussain has travelled extensively to seek out some very knowledgeable associates from several different countries who are experts in their fields to be able to provide the highest levels of service available to his clients.
Mr. Hussain’s focus is to provide local communities as well as students from abroad the chance to educate themselves to the highest levels possible. It now seems like a natural progression for him to move forward in the education sector by acquiring a facility in the UK for the establishment of an institute.
The business model Mr. Hussain has designed also has facilities in other countries were students can begin studying in their own country before transferring studies to the UK, this will also help the students with integration as they will already have a good understanding of the English language and understanding of ‘Life in UK’.
Mr. Hussain’s next focus is to discuss the possibility of incorporating a franchise module into this plan to give us a recognized brand name as well as the support and academic structure to move forward.
Secretary General of SALBWS
Nadia Naz
Secretary General of SALBWS Nadia Naz is a dynamic personality is working as a Secretary General OF SALBWS, she is completed his Bachelor of Commerce from University of Karachi she take technical qualification in different sectors like web development, date base, and etc.

Planning, scheduling, staffing, customization and up-gradation documentation are her core expertise, she is also involved in technical documentation, system reference document, Help manuals and work with project manager also involved in software quality assurance.

Currently she is working in development sector and performing the leading role to build better, healthy and suitable environment for staff as HR/ Admin professional. Documentation and keep the record up to date and organization of different phases of project i.e. planning, scheduling etc.
Dupty Programme Manager
Agha Aurangzeb Khan
Dupty Programme Manager Agha Aurangzeb Khan is a NGO professional activist, after passed his MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Sindh, he joined development sector in 2005 started his professional career in HIV/AIDS Prevention project in Hyderabad, and as the time passed he increased his skills & professional career through getting maximum trainings, courses, & awareness workshops & conferences throughout the country. In 8 year professional career he worked at Pakistan Society (Center Manager of European Commission Project), Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai Welfare Society (Project Manager in USAID Project), Mashriq Foundation (Project Manager in UNDP Project), EDLINKS/USAID (Program Assistant in American Institute of Research AIR), National Humanitarian Network, Civil Society Support Program (Provincial Coordinator Disaster Management). His main expertise are Project Management & Monitoring & Evaluation and honorary he got membership of Pakistan Youth Parliment in 2011.

Sanam Fakeer
Social Mobilizer Sanam Fakeer -- A different kind of social activist Sanam completed her education up to class eight.
While her father was alive, he supported her and treated her like other family members. After death of her father, her brothers and uncles forced her to leave home. She then joined a eunuch commune lead by Guru Meer in Sukkur District.
Building upon her own success story, Sanam wanted to take practical steps to facilitate her colleagues in starting alternative income generation activities. However, her efforts are not just limited to eunuchs but she has been supporting ordinary men and women as well.
Recently, Sanam learnt about CCBs under the local government system and facility of funding for small projects. Sanam proactively worked and not only got her CCB registered with the Community Development Department Sukkur but also prepared project for opening vocational skill development center for eunuchs and women in here area.

Project Manager Sukkur Mohammad Rashid Anees, Project Manager of SALBWS Larkana. He is completed his Masters in English Literature from sindh University, jamshoro.  Since 2002 He has been actively working in developing sector. Throughout this time He exerted in subsequent community based organizations, SEHER, SNCS, and MOC “Mother of Civilization Library Projects in district Dadu Sindh. He used persistence and leadership skills to expand the educative work of the rural area youth and successful activism for the protection of the natural and built environments and educating the public about their heritage. He has experienced on, social mobilization, trainer skills on self development and psychotherapy.

Shama Firdous Ahmad

Shama Firdous Ahmad was born and brought up in Pasrur where she got her early education and later she did intermediate in arts. She also joined civil defense as Inspector and got Gold Medal in rescue operation.

Her journey to public welfare started after her children had grown up small. By nature, she used to helping neighbors’ and relatives in their hard times even when she was home-maker. She loves poor and old-people and thinks a lot for their welfare and she spend considerable time to make them happy. She coordinates medical help to poor people and medical treatments of serious patient for those who otherwise cannot afford any kind of treatment.

She likes meeting high dignitaries whom Allah has chosen for high respect for a noble cause of humanity. She takes part in politics for using this platform to plead and guide general welfare of overlooked poor class.. She resumed and currently holding the following organization to work with enthusiasm and dedication.
